That's really too bad that the building seems unfinished. But the sky and the the shading of the clouds definitively rock ;)

I really like the vibe but the framing could be better : I cannot tell where to stop my view on a specific place of the painting

I find this was RUSHED, compared to my later work, as I find the perspective more wonky and not as fully taken advantage of, compared to later digital paintings. Like Castle or Cityscape. Where A mix of Three / Four point was used and a Bird's Eye perspective is used and has a stable region. This was saturation for the sake of saturation.
